Walking is an excellent form of natural exercise for humans. But "traveling" is greater since it expands a man's understanding of the world and makes him smarter so he can function in society. This activity is both pleasurable and beneficial. A man cannot be cooped up in his house like a frog in a well. He needs to be made aware of society around him.
